Pranayama – 20 Minutes of Breath Control to Better Health Forever

Far better than any modern aircraft might have. This system takes control of us before our birth and remains in-charge till the end of life.

This power is attributed to the utilization of a persons full potential through the mathematical application of Taekwon-Do techniques. The average person uses only 10 to 20 percent of his potential. Anyone, regardless of size, age, or sex who can condition himself to use 100 percent of his potential can also perform the same destructive techniques. Though training will certainly result in a superb level of physical fitness, it will not necessarily result in the acquisition of extraordinary stamina or superhuman strength. More important, Taekwon-Do training will result in obtaining a high level of reaction force, concentration, equilibrium, breath control and speed; these are the factors that will result in a high degree of physical power. According to Newtons Law, every force has as equal and opposite force. When an automobile crashes into a wall with the force of 2,000 pounds, the wall will return a force of 2,000 pounds; or forcing the end of the seesaw down with a ton of weight will provide an upward force of the same weight; if your opponent is rushing towards you at a high speed, by the slightest blow at his head, the force with which you strike his head would be that of his own onslaught plus that of your blow. By applying the impact force onto the smallest target area, it will concentrate the force and therefore, increase its effect. For example, the force of water coming out of a water hose...

What exercises are the best to train your heart and breath control/lungs without any cardio?

I don't want to lose any more weight, but I want to gain muscles but also want to do workouts wihtout constantly running out of breath, or getting tired too fast. Is there any exercise, besides running, that can help with this??

Thanks!

Anything that increases your endurance/stamina is going to burn fat. There's really no way around it. Do the cardio, and eat foods with higher percentages of Calories from Fat.

Why cant i control my asthma anymore and can anybody tell me how to again?

This is my second year playing soccor and i used to be able to control my activity/exercise induced asthma but now i just can't catch my breath and i dont know why i exersice on a fairly normal bases and i dont do much that different than before.

I have had asthma my entire life & unforunately it has gotten worse as I've gotten older. It used to be really out of control. I was using an albuterol rescue inhaler a week. About 6 months ago my doctors put me on advair. What a difference that made!I don't even remember the last time I used my rescue inhaler! I feel great! I've never been able to live life without constantly worrying about asthma. You should make an appointment to see your doctor & ask about advair. Good luck & I hope this helps.

Singing on the breath?

Help needed for an intermediate singer: What does it feel like to sing on the breath (when the right amount of breath hits the right amount of chord)? Some say it feels like the voice is floating in the back of the mouth or something. I’ve been singing –tenor-for a few years now (early 20’s and male). I have been using Brett Manning’s vocal exercise cds. I believe I’m breathing thru my diaphragm (stomach/lower back go out) but when I sing I don’t really feel a whole lot of support and it doesn’t feel like I’m singing with ease.
I would like to obtain a nice crisp resonating sound when I sing. Maybe it just will take longer for me? Also when I sing I don’t feel complete freedom from my neck up. For those of you who can sing with ease do you feel your diaphragm/lower body working and not your throat at all? Any unique exercises for breath control and chord closure would be appreciated. I can’t afford singing lessons and would like some help. Thank you.
