Dating a Bisexual: Should Straights, Gays or Lesbians Go for It ...

The hot topic of the moment—not withstanding, First Lady, Michelle Obama’s shorts dilemma—should straight women and lesbian women date a bisexual?

Being a bisexual myself, I find this topic of discussion very humorous. Really, the very same groups who say, ‘its love,’ rights for choice—wouldn’t this fall in line with dating anyone?

I hear it all the time on the streets of Chicago—from the BLGT community that they “tried’ it once, but just couldn’t get over the fact that bisexuals like the opposite sex. Granted, if you are not into it, it can be a hard sell—sort of like udon (Japan noodle) or sushi…I get it. But stop to think; is it really all that different?

In relationships, everyone has had a partner they dated and for whatever reason, it didn’t work out. Do you get upset because they dated someone before you? Of course not! It’s just apart of their past.

They Might Leave Me for Another Man Well, sorry to state the obvious, but they can leave you for another woman too! Relationships are complicated all by themselves. The fear is internal—it has nothing to do with the person you are dating. If they really truly love you, it shouldn’t matter what partner they had in the past. It’s behind them—they are focusing on you.

They will Never be Satisfied with Just Me I see a pattern here. Is this something you might be thinking for every relationship you are in—or just bisexuals? Reason, what motives do you think your partner isn’t happy with the relationship you have? It’s true, that there are open relationships popping up all around the world—but this has been since the beginning of time. We puritans (Americans), like to have the one partner—but lets say Japan, there is no divorce—you know why? Because, everyone is having it on the side! (Yes, I’ve lived there for two years—I know)

News - Pal: Jon Gosselin's New Girlfriend "Is Bisexual ...

Jon Gosselin 's new wild girlfriend, Hailey Glassman , "is bisexual," one of her college pals confirms to the new issue of Us Weekly , on stands now.

"She's open about it, and I've seen it happen," the friend goes on.

Glassman -- who was arrested in 2005 for marijuana possession -- is more serious about women than men, a college classmate says.

"Guys have just been hookups," the classmate tells Us . "With girls, there have been actual relationships."

Glassman, 22, -- the daughter of the plastic surgeon who performed Kate 's free tummy tuck -- went public with Jon, 32, by holding hands with him before boarding Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier's yacht in St. Tropez last week.

The wannabe reality star (she tried out for MTV's Real World and Oxygen's Bad Girls Club ) is cozying up to the father of eight "to get famous," multiple friends confirm to Us .

Jon doesn't seem to mind.

"He's excited to live this new lifestyle," pal Brian Sep says.

(After splitting with Kate, he told cameras on his reality show: "I have a new chapter in my life -- I'm only 32!")

See Jon's scandalous relationship photos.

Jon reunited with Kate at their $1.1 million Pennsylvania home earlier this afternoon.

On Tuesday, shortly after arriving in the United States, he told photographers that his girlfriend was staying in France and that he had to come home to "work." (He said he still has 34 more episodes of TLC's Jon and Kate Plus 8 to shoot.)

For more details on Hailey's wild past, how she and Jon first hooked up and what they did on their all-expenses paid getaway (their luxe room cost $2,515 nightly!), pick up the new issue of Us Weekly , on stands now.

I would love to see Kate rip this trashy skank a new A**hole but, apparently an entire football team has already done that! Way to go Jon! The aspiration to obtain second string butt lovin has finally been acomplished! And when your twins bring home married men you'll understand just how hollow it sounds when you say "Your Family" is your top priority.

On dating bisexuals
It would seem that the new accessory in Hollywood, and even out in suburban high schools is Bisexuality. Lady GaGa says she is, Megan Fox says she is,

Is it realistic to say that almost every bisexual wouldn't have a problem with dating a transgendered person?

some straight people would have a problem with it, but thats because the have this think in their head saying "their attractive but its technically not the sex i'm attracted to", but with bi people, that thought isnt there.

im looking for bisexual's opinions.

There is a difference between bisexuality (being attracted to both men and women) and pansexuality (being attracted to people regardless of gender.)

Many bisexuals are not attracted to transgendered people. They are attracted to people who fit nicely into the gender binary.

Pansexual people are attracted to a person regardless of gender. Some see themselves as gender-blind. Others see themselves as liking all genders (including trans, genderqueer, third gender, intersex, etc.)

Who's more willing to date bisexual men: straight women or gay men?

I am a 19 year old bisexual male. I am single, and don't really want to be in a relationship right now. But who do you think is more willing to date bisexual men? I am equally as gay as straight, I have no preference.

Or would I be better off dating another bisexual?

Straight women usually like to have straight men. I don't know why. I'm a bi girl and I think I would be more likely to date another bisexual person guy or girl. Though I do know a few straight girls who think bisexual guys are sexy. So out of the two Straight women or gay men, I think gay men would be more probable to date you.

I'm dating a Bisexual, and I'm scared that I'm not "all" he wants?

It feels like he only likes "half" of me. Like there will always be a part of him that prefers a women. Its quite awkward and although I may be over reacting I don't understand. I know he likes me but I don't know if I can satisfy "all" his needs. I don't understand why he would possibly want couchy, but I'm gay so obviously I don't understand. I don't know what to do
